Safe Mobility 4 all and 4 life Platform Privacy Notice
1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Safe Mobility 4 All and 4 Life Platform (the “Platform”), an online and face-to-face learning platform operated by the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR, the “Implementing Partner”) on the initiative and under the direction of the International Automobile Federation (“Programme Manager”) and with the support of the FIA Foundation. By using the Platform, users agree to be bound by these General Conditions. Access to the Platform is exclusively available to representatives of FIA Members and local authorities (the “Participants”).
UNITAR, FIA and the FIA Foundation are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Partners”.
2. Purpose of the Platform
The Platform is designed to provide Participants with educational content, including online training modules to support their professional and personal development.

3. Elibility
Access to the Platform is restricted to Participants selected by the Partners.
4. Roles and responsibilities
- Partners: The Partners validate and monitor the design, content and quality of the training programs offered on the Platform.
- Implementing Partner: The Implementing Partner is responsible for the technical development, operation, content coordination and maintenance of the Platform. The Implementing Partner ensures the availability of the Platform and resolves any technical issues that may arise.
5. Account Registration and Security
Participants must register on the Platform. Participants must keep their account credentials confidential and immediately notify the Program Director of any unauthorized access or use.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the intellectual property of the Program Director and is protected by intellectual property laws. Participants are authorized to access and use the content for personal and educational purposes only. Redistribution, modification, or commercial use of the Platform’s content is prohibited without the express written consent of the Program Director.
7. Conduct of Participants
Participants agree to use the Platform in a manner consistent with the objectives of the training program. Prohibited activities include:
- Sharing or redistributing content from the Platform outside of the Platform.
- Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive behavior, or disruptive conduct.
- Uploading any unauthorized or harmful content, including viruses or malware.
Partners reserve the right to remove or restrict any user who engages in prohibited conduct.
8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis. While the Program Director and the Implementing Partner strive to provide high quality content and reliable service, they do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Program Director and the Implementing Partner disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including errors or omissions in content or technical problems.
The Partners are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or completeness of the training material provided. Participants should not rely solely on information presented during training sessions to make decisions.
Any decisions, actions, or inactions based on the content of the training are the sole responsibility of the participants.
10. Amendments
The Partners reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes via the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after any such modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
11. Terminationn
The Program Manager reserves the right to cancel access to the Platform to any Participant who breaches these Terms.
12. Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the courts of Paris for final resolution.
