The Safe Mobility 4 all and 4 life Platform (the “Platform”) is an educational platform operated by UNITAR (“Implementing Partner”) at the initiative and under the direction of the International Automobile Federation (“Program Manager”). This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use our Platform. The Program Manager and the Implementing Partner, acting as Joint Controllers, (Joint Controllers, “We”).

  • To manage your accounts and your participation in training courses: We use your first name, last name, gender, nationality to grant you access to the Platform’s resources. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a contract (i.e. the Platform Terms and Conditions).
  • To provide you with support and answer your questions: If you contact us via the contact link, we use your email address and the information provided in your message to respond to your queries. The legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of providing effective communication and support to users of the Platform.

  • Third-party service providers: In some cases, we may use third-party providers to assist with the operations of the Platform (e.g. hosting providers or communication tools).
