Global Safe Mobility 4 All and 4 Life

The Global Safe Mobility 4 All and 4 Life Initiative is a collaboration between the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), the International Automobile Federation (FIA) and the FIA ​​Foundation to address various aspects of road safety through training, capacity development, learning and research with the ultimate aim of informing decision-making and public policy.

As a global impact initiative, Safe Mobility 4 All and 4 Life is inspired to leave a legacy in developing countries in terms of improving professional capacities and local commitment on the importance of mobility and road safety.

FIA

The Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) is a global entity with a multifaceted approach. FIA FOUNDATION

Founded in 2001 by the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) as an independent charity registered in the UK, the FIA Foundation has worked closely with international agencies, expert technical partners, civil society organisations and FIA member clubs to develop a strong track record of results. The FIA Foundation’s 2030 Strategy firmly sets out its focus on helping to achieve the ambitious targets of the United Nations Global Goals in the areas of road traffic injuries, air quality, climate action and youth empowerment. We support our partners at the FIA to work towards their ‘Zero Vision’ of zero deaths or serious injuries in motor sport.

FIA UNIVERSITY

FIA University is the umbrella under which the FIA ​​carries out its research, education and training activities for global motorsport and mobility. To advance the University’s mission, designed to support the FIA ​​as a knowledge-based Federation, it offers a range of innovative and industry-focused educational programmes, and pursues a research agenda that distinguishes the FIA ​​as a generator of empirical research and as an organisation that actively disseminates such achievements.
